教授的回复是不是模板？

小女子初来乍到，真心请教各位大神~

前天向西大某心怡教授发送陶瓷邮件，今早得到回复如下：

I don’t know if I will be taking on additional students next fall; it all depends of funding availability.  You do look like an interesting candidate, so please stay in touch and apply when the time comes.  I might know more later in the year …

Confusion:
1.他回复的时候并没有写我的名字，我觉得可能是模板或者对每个申请者都是这样发的
2.interesting到底是一个什么量级，虽然前面有do
3.教授是不是在观望等待最好的，还是他已经在悄悄婉拒我了
