CRM Executive

The role is full-time permanent. Reporting to business system team, mainly focus on data entry and business reporting job.

Key Skills:
-        Verify, process, register clients in CRM system
-        Manage and maintain customer database
-        Segment customer database and generate business reports for various departments
-        Provide support to other areas of the business as required

Requirements:
-        Detailed minded person
-        Patient to handle various jobs and tedious tasks
-        Fresh Graduate is welcome
-        Immediate available is preferred

Technical skills:
-        Proficient with Microsoft office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
-        SQL and database knowledge is an advantage

Language skills:
-        Proficient level of English is a must
