Your CV is impressive and I would be more than happy to supervise you.

But unfortunately, I currently do not have any scholarship available. You can try other professors or just apply. Your name will be placed under common pool of candidates. The professors who have scholarship in the near future can choose you.

Thanks for your reply. But it is really frustrating, because I really want to be supervised by you.  
If you have scholarship available, could you please consider me as a suitable candidate?   And I wonder if I just apply, is there any chance that I will be supervised by you?

It’s no hurt to try. But I am not sure if there is any chance of getting scholarship.

You could also try IGS scholarship and indicate me as your supervisor.
