关于Aalto的CDGDC寄送的问题

由于今天打算申请CDGDC认证送往Aalto过程中发现了几个问题，想求助以下大家：
1. 我之前给对方的小蜜发邮件想argue一下可不可以不送认证，结果收到一下回复 If your degree is awarded in China, the authorized English translation of the official transcript of records must be verified by and sent directly from the China Academic Degree and Graduate Education Development Center (CDGDC, 教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心). A Credentials report of your studies must be delivered in English. Credentials report is a document created by the CDGDC and attached to the certified copy of the transcript of records. 是不是只认证英文的成绩单就好了。
2. Aalto主页给的寄送地址是：
Aalto University Admission Services P.O.Box 11110 FI-00076 AALTO
麻烦问下理工科的校区也在Helsinki么，接受单位是Aalto University Admission Services？还有接收人应该填什么？另外邮编是什么....
我找了好多没找到一个确定的答复，麻烦最近做过认证的人告诉我一下，谢谢！

1, 你已经有学位证和毕业的话，是的，只用认证成绩单（我理解是这样的）
2,邮编官网有的你再去check一下我记得是02150，接收人我觉得也是那个service。我也今年申，供参考。

麻烦问下通讯地址是这个吗？ Espoo  Espoo Otakaari 1 (1st floor, Y-wing)， 因为看到有人说Aalto的理工科的校区在Espoo

我是这么填的，但是不确定。我都填的是espoo的地址。
