NUS 可以发邮件问材料是否寄到吗

上周就显示签收了但是网申状态一直没变，checklist也都是红叉子，很方啊，前天发了邮件但是一直没回复……我是要接着发还是就等着了T T快递快停了如果需要补材料怕来不及啊
