  欢迎参加2017年计算机系统与通信技术国际会议(ICCSCT 2017)。ICCSCT 2017将于7月8-9日在中国广州举行。ICCSCT 2017的目的是为教育工作者、学者、管理人员和来自不同文化背景的研究生提供一个平台，介绍、讨论、研究在计算机工程领域、通信技术领域的发展、创新和应用技术。
ICCSCT将为代表们提供了新的思路和应用经验，建立业务或研究关系，并寻找未来合作的全球合作伙伴的机会。 所有提交ICCSCT 2017的论文全文必须使用英文撰写，组委会将把提交的论文发送到至少两个同行进行评审，以评估论文的独创性，技术、研究内容的正确性、会议的相关性。审稿时间大约10-20个工作日。
         
所有ICCSCT 2017接受的论文将发表在Springer期刊，并提交EI、ISTP、Scopus检索。
        征稿论文主题包括但不限于：
（1）计算机系统与工程：人工智能、模式识别与机器学习、编程语言及技术、嵌入式系统设计、软件工程、计算机建模、物联网、决策支持系统和模型、风险与安全管理系统、电子商务、电子政务、高性能计算、大数据系统；
（2）计算机图形与多媒体技术：多媒体应用于软件、图像处理、多媒体系统软件支持、超媒体、数据压缩、多媒体性能测试、多媒体性能测试、多媒体授权、互联网应用、多媒体系统硬件支持 、计算机视觉、多媒体数据库与检索、音视频系统、多媒体应用、网络工具和应用、模式识别；
（3）通信技术：网络和无线通信、 VISI电路与系统设计、数据通信、信息隐藏与数字水印、网络信息与安全、无线传输、智能移动设备设计和技术 应用， 计算机网络、无线传感网、  RFID及其应用系统

稿件要求：
  2017年3月20日必须提交论文全文，每篇论文不应该超过5页（超出的每页成本是300元人民币或50美元），并且所有最终的论文必须以pdf格式和微软的word文件形式提交。（详细要求请查看官网） http://www.iccsct.org/register.html
