中资企业招聘junior financing post

企业背景：中资企业在香港的海外融资贸易机构，主要做项目融资，债券发行和银团贷款等等。
由于企业的快速发展，现在需要在融资团队新招一个同事，具体如下：
Job Responsibilities
• Assist management in sourcing and maintaining of new and existing banking facilities.
• Coordinate with financial institutions to prepare credit proposals, memorandum, due diligence packages and other materials as requested.
• Perform industry research and financial analysis including financial modeling and valuation
• Prepare investment memo, presentation and investment reports in a timely manner
• Supervise company trade flows and handle trading documentations.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements
• University Degree or above preferably in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• Previous experience in banking/commodity/trading will be an asset, but fresh graduate is also welcomed
• Self-motivated, independent, willing to work under pressure
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
