Responsibilities

•        Assist in maintaining, monitoring and optimizing corporate website and mobile app to improve usability and user-friendliness;
•        Responsible for generating regular and ad-hoc reports and providing analysis and insights to enhance website and mobile app performance;
•        Coordinate with internal design and IT team to manage corporate website, mobile app, and online-strategy project lifecycle (design/ frontend/ backend/ UAT/ deployment);
•        Conduct research on user preference and behavior to facilitate planning for better user experience;
•        Understand & collect project requirements and define work schedule, tasks and allocate resources for efficient delivery of the project;
•        Provide support in developing and implementing marketing plans and related initiatives, including member events and activities;
•        Handle any other assigned marketing tasks as required.

Requirements:

•        University graduate in marketing/design/new media technology/computer/web programming/website development or related fields;
•        2+ years work experience is highly preferable;
•        Experience in project management and project development life cycle of website and web application development is an advantage;
•        Basic knowledge of Google Analytics is a Must, familiar with SEO is a plus;
•        Good command of spoken & written English and Cantonese/Mandarin;
•        Proficient in MS project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.;
•        Independent, self-motivated, mature, able to work under pressure;
•        A team-player with good communication skills and able to work with different levels of internal parties;
•        Detail-oriented with good knowledge of project documentation;
•        A good team player with excellent problem solving skills;
•        Have strong passion in digital marketing trends.
