By the contrast, looking for similarity leads to recognize congruousness and harmonious, seeking ground to cooperate to solve the common natural and social problems. Both of them contribute to the mutual learning process, consequently help our society to survive and thrive: one complex issue, in addressing it more clearly, it is helpful to consider three distinct fields: political, business, and education.

Firstly, in the political field, there exist the phenomena of paying equal attention to seeing individual difference and mutual commonness. For example, when it comes to the democratic election process, where the candidates, whether as a targeted president or governor, should pronounce their own policies and qualities to satisfy the requirement of their electors, accompanied resorting to their unique personality and communicational skills. President Theodore Roosevelt earns the respect of his citizenry by his New Deal policy that brought America from the doldrums during 1930s, and expressing his citizens a rigid image; but president Kennedy displays his handsome and harmonious measures and so different from his precedents. For instance of IBM, SONY and TOSHIBA, they all produce notebook computer and they all succeed, not only because they satisfy the needs of customer with their own market strategies and quality of products, but also they see the rule of how to win the credit of customers and the rule of this era-- changing their products and services to pursue the changed needs of market. In addition, the advertisement display and trick serve as more conspicuous example how people exhibit difference to draw other eyes. However , at the same time, we do not fail to see their similar nature and purpose, luring them to buy their products, thus, most likely, they prefer to seeing the quality of the products behind the dazzling pictures.

Thirdly, We expect our children in school not only learn basic knowledge and skill that satisfy their future career development, but also we expect them to have their own personality and aptitudes that serve their own individual life and the social diverse survival demands. According to Confucius, a famous Chinese ancient thinker said that: teaching the students in accordance with their aptitudes, in other words, teachers should see the distinctions among students, and then provide them different teaching style and even different knowledge. In the present school, we render programs called career counseling and tracking, helping students to unique road to progress and make their lives. On the other hand, schools are required to equip the students with ordinary knowledge and technology, communicational skill, on which they rely to climb the social mountain and ascending on another higher social ladder. Obviously, the students, all children, have the similar physiological character and condition, which help us to find the common law to cultivate them. Better education needs pay equally attention to difference and their similarity.

In sum, without seeing the difference, we would lose to the mutual learning material and motive, and we would lose the skill to identify our self, distinguishing with others; otherwise, without seeing the similarity, we would the common ground to communicate and cooperate with each other, and we would fail to acknowledge the universal common law. The era calls for striking a balance.

今天又模考了一篇，不语法和拼写错误改了，结构没动。望指教
