The session is officially over, but to quickly answer this: Candidates that we don't feel we can admit directly to the 2 semester LLM without additional preparation, we will likely admit to the 2 semester LLM with Pre-LLM as a condition. We try to design our LLM program enrollment options around what is best for students to be successful in our programs.

To quickly answer:

At BU Law, we do not have any limit on courses in this area.  You can find a full list of the courses in this area here: http://www.bu.edu/law/academics/ ... king-financial-law/

Also, and this is more for the benefit of other readers, if your main goal is to become an expert in corporate law, we find that the International Business Practice concentration in our LLM in American Law program is a better fit for that than the LLM in Banking & Financial Law.
