SUB-PUBLISHER就不直接翻译了,用SP来代替.

SP如有因疏忽造成未能履行ACCOUNTS条款, 付讫应付款项, 以及无法满足PUBLISHER对SP的相关规定要求, 并且此种疏忽及不服从用REGISTERED MAIL的形式通知到SP本人, 那么THE PUBLISHER有权终止或取消有效期30天的合约.
