收到浸会media management的informal offer notice，但是一直没有正式offer

学校说审核需要15天，现在都快一个月了。。。有没有大神解答一下这是怎么了，发邮件问学校还是让我等。。。 邮件原文：

After thorough review of your application, we are glad to inform you that you are considered an eligible candidate to study in the MSocSc in Media Management Programme (Entry 2018). This email serves as an informal notice to accept you into the Programme.
You have been recommended to the Graduate School for official admission today (April 16). An official offer will be issued after reviewing the validity of your submitted application documents. The process usually takes 10 – 15 working days.
