签证状态询问~

我的是递签，这几天查签证的状态，一直是：
Visa application, tracking ID XXX, is being processed at the Canada Visa Office. To know more, please call VAC helpline number or visit VAC website.

请问下，如果体检通过、进入review eligibility会有新的update么？还是一直这个状态直到签证结果出来？？谢谢！
