1.        文化是具有传统的，而在工业时代以前，文化的中心是农业文明，这就导致很多的遗产或者遗迹处在非主要大城市地区。我们只给大城市经济补助，就会导致这些遗产的丧失
2.        主要城市的文化传统并不能完全代表一个国家的传统文化。
3.        大城市里面的文化保护方面的投资确实很重要，大城市一般都是文化的中心，但是我们同时也需要注意文化的源头，注意保护。

Should the government place enough money to their major cities to ensure they thrive to preserver and generate the culture, which is mainly existed in them? The author just advocates this. While I just want to disagree such recommendation because of the diversity of the culture and the general opinion on the preservation of culture.

At first, our culture, which formed a long time ago and has being changing all the time during the development of our human beings. Before the Industrial Time, we had a period called agriculture time, which form the culture means most culture focuses are not existed in cities. Cities is only the place which influenced by this kind of culture. Till now, we still have two kinds of culture, which exist in the cities and countries. Even in the cities culture itself, there exist many other branches of culture. All of this is equally important. We cannot just use the culture in the major cities to stand for all of them. It is a narrow view. For example, many historical legacy is not located in the major cities, if we just put money on the major cities, obviously they will be lack of money to preserve this kind of epic, which derived a long time existed culture which influenced us many and can be studied by modern experts, will disappeared.  Maybe it is more important than the culture in the major cities. Diversity of culture is a thing we should pay much attention. If we just want to preserve our culture, we should just preserve all braches of the culture, because they just adhere to each other.

Meanwhile, does the culture existed in major city really form the nation's traditional culture? The answer is obviously no. Today the world suffers from the biggest cooperation in the history time of human beings. With the communication between these countries, there will not exist the really traditional culture for the country especially in metropolis. In major cities, their culture in fact are under the mixture by many other culture, which means the city culture is not pure. Many commodity advertisements now spread worldwide which affect the view about the value of people heavily. Many youths are under the affection of that, especially in major cities. What we can find the traditional culture not in the major city. That pure traditional and culture is worth preserving and should be preserved.

However, the important of the investment in the major cities should be paid attentions. We obviously know that the major cities are the place which can concentrate the culture. In major cities, there exist many museums, have a lot of exhibition, and hold a lot of activities to represent many kinds of culture. If the investment is insufficient, the culture spread will be in jeopardy, which will cause the city, lost its ascending energy. What we should know is the culture is not limited in only the major city, and there do exist a relationship between the two culture place including major cities and the country. Both of them should be evaluated as the same. If we treat them separated and have a provincial view about that, the real culture cannot be preserved well.

In sum, the government should just pay attention to the financial support to preserve the culture in both major cities and other places. In that way, we could preserve the traditional culture essentially and effectively.
