【求助！】网申推荐信提交后对方未及时收到

12月30之前，三封推荐信都由老师在网申系统中提交成功了，application status显示的是completed。
1.7上午，对方教秘发来邮件表示还有两封推荐信没有收到，会影响录取结果。

邮件内容如下：
Good Morning,

I wanted to let you know that as of this morning, you still have two missing letters of recommendation.  This will be my last check in regarding the status of your application until it is complete.  The admissions committee begins its review of materials today and I cannot guarantee they will give full consideration to your application with missing information.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

我截图了completed status给教秘回复说已经提交了。但对方目前还没有回复，请问我该怎么办？

因为waive了推荐信，所以我无法自己以邮件的形式给教秘把推荐信发过去。
