求助：在国外考的雅思TRF如何寄到LSAC？

RT 楼主在越南考的雅思，联系越南idp小秘，小秘回复如下：

I sent your electronic Test Report Form to IELTS TRF Verification system at https://ielts.ucles.org.uk/ielts-trf/ as requested (03 provided universities). In 24 hours the TRF will be loaded on the online system and the schools will be able to check it.

然后我去https://ielts.ucles.org.uk/ielts-trf/ 查看，注册账号，但是发现需要填写LSAC的 Administrator name和 job title，最后还要提供 accompanying letter，详情如下：

Please provide an accompanying letter, on headed paper, signed by someone in authority at your organisation (for example Chief Executive, Director or Dean). This letter should confirm the identity of the signatory and their position as someone of sufficient authority to act as the organisation’s administrator.

有大佬之前操作过这些吗，需要这么复杂吗，是不是不需要注册账号，只需要发email通知LSAC check就行了？
