KCL的推荐信邮件里的链接登录时显示Server Error in '/' Application

今天提交了KCL的phd项目，但推荐人和我说他们收到的推荐信里的链接一直登不进去，chrome, ie, edge浏览器，不同电脑也都试过，全都显示：Server Error in '/' Application.
Runtime Error
Description: An exception occurred while processing your request. Additionally, another exception occurred while executing the custom error page for the first exception. The request has been terminated. 请问这应该如何解决啊？
