I strongly agree the speaker's claim, for the reason that sincerity and the true conviction of their own beliefs is the same significant as mental agility and rhetorical skill. Only with these personal qualifications, you will be a more perfect man than before.

First of all, in my view, sincerity is so important to the young men that they can success in any fields. To be honest, you will get well along with your friends and families, for they believe in you, and they will be your good partners to help you effectually finish your work in time. Meanwhile, your boss and superior trust you and prefer to give your many tasks with more challenges and importance. In modern society, sincerity has become a necessary rule when many big companies choose their employees. Anyone, without sincerity, will be eliminated even with much knowledge and skills. For one thing, the companies cannot trust they are loyal forever. Maybe they will betray their companies for money or superior station. In addition, honest people always devote themselves to their motherland, and don’t commit a crime. Hence, it is the time to improve the sincerity of the young.

Secondly, anyone must have his dreams and beliefs. If one person lose his dreams and beliefs, he will be stray in the road of life. A writer once said:" If one advances confidently in the road of his dreams, and endeavors to live the life which he has imagined, he will meet with a success unexpected in common hours." From this saying, we can find beliefs and dreams are important to people's achievement. Many men always followed the step of other people, but they forget their own obligations and beliefs. Does this life belong to him or other? Additionally with dreams and beliefs, we have a great deal of courage and strength to work and study hard.

Finally, I want to say sometimes parents and teachers, who should lead the young to a correct road, give wrong implications to the children. They often overstate the importance of mental agility and rhetorical skill. Some parents usually believe practical skills are more useful than essential mortality, such as honesty, in finding jobs, and it is often happened that they cheat their friends or bosses for their own interest. If a child grows up in a family without sincerity, it is difficult for him to be an honest man. Furthermore, with hard work, adults gradually forget their dreams and beliefs, just only to live a comfortable life with material things. Their behaviors and words impress the children deeply. So adults such as parents, teachers, and so forth, should be good examples for students, and encourage them to be honest and convict their own beliefs.
