Postdoctoral Position in Machine Learning

The Shih Laboratory of Applied Electromagnetics at the University of Idaho, USA, is looking for a postdoctoral researcher in the area of machine learning. The salary is USD $50,000~$55,000 per year (negotiable).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Collaborate in research in machine learning.

2. Influence the progress of relevant research communities by producing high-quality publications.

3. Collaborate and increase productivity on projects as a contributing team member.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Currently has or is in the process of obtaining a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Physics, or a related field.

2. Extensive experience in machine learning.

3. Track record of publications that demonstrate experience in machine learning.

4. Experience in collaborating within a team to solve problems.

5. Experience in communicating research to public audiences or peers.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. First-author publications at prestigious journals or conferences in machine learning.

2. Experience in applying machine learning to engineering.
