are the things here refer to concrete things like get a job, or abstract ideas like confidence, belief or sth?

according to your replies, it should be abstract ideas I think.
the thing should not be like "I was matriculated by XXX univ.", or "I ve got a job" but notions like "belief, happniess or humor"
for me,
MIne are belief, confidence and proud of achievements.
