超长待机在JNUUID: 4066761

我有两个offer,交了一个的留位费，结果第二个来了。想转第二个，想知道大家有类似操作的知道能不能转？怎么转？
我给理工发了邮件，回信如下：

Dear applicant

Thank you for your email. If you would like to accept another PolyU offer after you have paid the initial fee to accept an earlier offer, please contact us at ar.tpg@polyu.edu.hkto transfer the initial fee already paid for the earlier offer to the other offer and we will see if the initial fee already paid for the earlier offer can be transferred to the later offer exceptionally. Please note that this arrangement only applies when both programmes lead to PolyU awards.

我就没搞懂他的具体意思，尤其是那个if the initial fee ....exceptionally.
