However, from my point of view, this assertion is misleading. Falling to see the true purpose and value of education, the speaker does not recognize the real meaning of effective education, which should be designed to develop students' comprehensive qualities, but not only their interests and specialties.

Undoubtly, students-center education benefits students a lot in their intellect development, the capability of learning and many aspects. Einstein once said, “Interest is your best teacher." So far to my concern, interest is also the activator, which has an amazing effect to stimulate spontaneous learning, endow students with enthusiasm and confidence, creat a relax atmosphere for students, and enhance the efficiency of learning. Adequately addressing the individual interest and needs is also very helpful for teacher to optimize their teaching and therefore promote the efficiency of education.

Although the individual needs and interests should be well considered, trying to satisfy everyone is neither practical nor dispensable. Without mention the great costs of researching and designing appropriate educational system, purchasing various equipments, and training many qualified teachers, trying to satisfy everyone obeys the real purpose of education reduces the efficiency. The tenet of education is to perfect individual character and morality, cultivate students' capability of living independently, and prepare them for their careers. Only interests-oriented education may prevent students from receive basic skills and knowledge, which are essential in their future lives. A good example in case, Chen Jingrun, one of the greatest mathematicians in china, who made a notable advance in the G(歌德巴赫猜想？查不到。不过这句也许是废话), was in such a complete mess in his life that he wore a white sock on his left foot and a black one on the other foot, said many times sorry to a tree when he hit it and made countless jokes. He studied nothing but mathematics all day in school and finally became a famous expert, and on the other hand, he proved the deficiencies of interests-oriented education. Chen’s persistent spirit made him a great mathematician, but to many students, their interest and needs are not solid and easy to change. It will make chaos to arrange the according to various interest. Thus, trying to design the curriculums that satisfy everyone’s narrows students' ken and capability of acclimatization of future development and bring a lot of troubles to schools. Going against the principle of education, this method is possibly to meet a failure.  

In addition, for the majority, the current education system, despite some drawbacks, is proved effective in the arrangement of disciplines, tests and researches. As a matter of fact, more and more people would like to enjoy education and are willing to learn the courses in school. It means that the present education can improve people not only in their fortes, but also in the development of their complete features. As a consequence, there is not too much yearning to change the existing system in order to gratify everyone.   

In one words, though we should not neglect the individual needs in designing a educational system, building up the students’ entire excellences is more vital. In order to achieve this goal, Schools should offer some particularly programs for various students, arrange competitions to express their talent, and at the same time cultivate their characters and teach them enough general and fundamental knowledge. 谷子，那个特别设计来满足个人的兴趣 和我说的为了兴趣忽略了全面发展不是很矛盾吧？
另外 第三段 我是想说教育的目的是为了完善人格，在学术的同时培养独立生活，并且适应社会和工作，所以重点不仅是发展兴趣。所以举例说到虽然学术很精，但是生活能力没有，这样的教育还是失败的不是effective的。
怎么和论点不符合了呢？
