首先感谢imong和花同学给我的中肯的建议，再问个关于word的内置辞典的问题

:o 好似在哪里听说（新东方？忘了）那个word里面内置的是美国传统词典，对了，好像是 笑来 说的。但为什么经常用他的翻译时都会出现很多有中国特色的翻译？
像 下岗 come or go off sentry duty 晕 :rolleyes:
   中国特色的社会主义道路 road of socialism with Chinese characteristics 再次晕倒 :confused:
老美大概不会有这些词吧？ :eek:
不知道那个内置辞典的权威性有多强啊？？？？？

Because the version you use is customerised especially for Chinese market.

Since it's an E-C C-E dictionary, isn't it natural to include Chinese characterized vocabulary?

The authorality is hard to say because dictionaries from different lexicographers inevitably have different explainations on many entries. Anyway, it's efficient enough for daily use and the translation is not bad through.

But for Gters, people always recommend R-M Webster's , which is a E-E dictionary and can hardly be made any comparison with the former one.
