      注：Ehsan Nekouei于2014年获得墨尔本大学博士学位，曾先后在墨尔本大学和皇家理工学院进行博士后研究，2019年加入香港城市大学电子信息工程系，现任助理教授。Ehsan老师已在ieee transactions on information theory、ieee transactions on smart grid、ieee transactions on control of network systems等期刊发表了多篇文章，有充足资金支持学生开展研究工作。
