The speaker declares that we can usually learn much more from agreement than disagreement. In my opinion, everyone will meet with the situation that someone support him or not whenever in their learning and jobs. Both agreement and disagreement are important to our learning in modern times, and we need people who share with us and those that contradict us.

Firstly, agreement can give you confidence and communication. for one thing, Take the adolecence for example, with the change of the times, we should not criticize but praise our children with the purpose of education. Because of the gap of generalization, they begin to dislike even hate their parents if they accept the education with criticism. We have to admit that it is common social phenomenon, consequentlly, parents and teachers to advocated to give children approbations when they do right or wrong, by this means, boys and girls will have confidence and courage to do anything. A children get C in his math exam, probably, it is easy for him to work hard to get a higher score when he is praised .for another thing, agreement can also bring us friendship and communication. When you just work in society, agreement may make you easily communicate with your companions and you will get good relationship.

Secondly, disagreement is also useful and important to learning, and many great inventions and discoveries are related to the contradiction. In the field of science, disagreement or doubt can make scientists go on their research and find new problems, and then solve them in new methods, at the same time, some new fields are explored, Copernicus disrupts the traditional system of astronomy, by 30 years of hard working, he successfully creats the theory that the earth and other planets travel with the sun. In the realm of law, nearly all the new clauses of the law are created by contradicting with old ones, in the lawcourt ,the truth of facts are decided by the disagreements between the lawyers. Disagreement bring us truth experience, meanwhile, which avoid some mistakes and narrow minds.

Thirdly, fully agreement and disagreement are also arouse bad effect . in one hand, your company will suffer from great loss if you agree with your boss's decision even if you know of his wrong. Your knowledge and minds will become narrower ,eventually cannot make your own decisions if you only agree. in another hand, it is possible for disagreement to bring you strees and hostility if you stick to your own opinion.

In sum, we can both learn much from people whose views we share and whose views contradict our own. Agreement can bring us confidence and courage, while disagreement enrich our brains and bring great development of human-beings.
