关于B1和B2，我想你是误解了。我是说B2反驳题目，不是B2反驳B1。

我觉得这个题目挺大的，不太好写。楼主在有些地方写的也不够清楚。就说TS吧。
我认为“In my opinion, the chief benefit of the study of history is to inform the whole human of the homogeneity as well as heterogeneity through the gradually advancing and various times.
”这句是TS，其中的 inform the whole human of the homogeneity as well as heterogeneity 这段有问题。
主要是出在homogeneity 和 heterogeneity 这2个词上。

我理解这2个词强调的是一种状态，也就是 The quality or state of being homogeneous or heterogeneous.
但是这2个状态我觉得是相反的，矛盾的。不能同时存在的。

比如，一个村子里住得都是中国人，我们可以叫它为 homogeneous CULTURE。如果一个村子里住了5，60个国家的人，那么叫它 heterogeneous CULTURE。
那么对特定的一个村子，再给一个固定衡量的标准(比如以人们来自那一个国家为标准)，那么这个村子的文化要么是
homogeneous 或者是 heterogeneous的。 不可能同时即是 homogeneous 又是heterogeneous的。除非你用不同的标准。比如从来自国家角度来说，都是中国，那么是homogeneous 的，但是这个村子的人来自中国31个省，那么从省份的角度来说，是heterogeneous的。

所以当楼主什么具体的标准都没给，就直接用了这2个很大的词后，我读着就比较费解，看了后面才看明白你的意思。

当然，也许这些区别本身就比较复杂，用英文表达清楚也许困难些。那么我觉得有2种方法。一种是从复杂的意思中只挑选1，2个来讲，这样可以讲清楚。另外一种就是用大家都比较好理解的词汇，句子来讲每一个意思。虽然每个意思都比较简单，但是多讲几个之后就比较严密了。

总的来说看楼主的文章后感觉思路不是特别清晰。要去猜一下才能猜出意思。老外估计也没有什么时间去猜这些。

建议看看一些关于逻辑，还有中心句的写法。POOH转过得。
还可以看看GALAXYSONG的文章。

总之，我觉得文章要写的清楚，让大家一看就能看明白才好的。看楼主的文章感觉这方面还不够。

忍不住，写了段开头，看看写清楚了没。

According to the author, the people change little from the ancient time to modern days. So the purpose of studying history is only to prove this point. In terms of humanity, I agree that it changes little from past to now, because people in anytime have their own happiness and sorrows, love and hatred, kindness and cruelness. However, in terms of intelligence and civilization, no one can deny that people nowadays are in a sense much more clever and civilized than that in old times. How? It is because people can learn, not only from their personal experience, but also from the experience of the past, i.e., the history. Therefore, in my opinion, the purpose of studying history is to make people nowadays more wise.

楼主的语言不错的，赞一个。望尘莫及呀。。。
其它的地方没有太多可以建议的。就论述部分的第三段而言，似乎可以引用司马光的例子，当然这个只是作为Bacon例子的补充，似乎没有太多的价值。
