Accepting convention laws and theories are the fundament of suspecting. Darwin once accepted the God-creative theory without suspecting and understood it deeply, thus when he came across the proofs of natural evolution, the shock showed itself and the new theory deprived. If he keeping a suspect view to the theology and did not accept it at first, the shock will not take place when he come across the evidences prove the opposite and he would not research these evidence with great interesting. Da Vinci, besides, without painting according to the convention for many years and his natural technology in conventional painting, could not paint such a brilliant work. From the two evidences, we could draw the conclusion that accepting what one was taught will not impede ones' skepticism against it and is the fundament of the critical mind. That is, without acceptance there is no suspicion. In contrast, only though accept the convention totally can one suspect it effectively when the options come.

In fact, the human society has accumulating a mountain of knowledge and was suspected by one generation and another. Most of the knowledge is undoubtedly verified in reality and by practice. For instance, one add to one is two. You need not suspect its rightness and found proofs against it, which is a wasting of time and non-profitable. As time is limited, what one in modern society needs to do is to accept the knowledge at first, which is most possibly true. And once one comes across evidence proved the opposite, suspects it.

From the reasons mentioned above, we could conclude that in spites of skepticism is profitable in some circumstance, accepting formed knowledge system is the fundament of the skeptical minds and will not impede the may-be suspicion. As acceptance will do more good other than harm, the first and foremost thing a student should do is to accept, not suspect.

优点我就不说了, 我的感觉就是本文观点不明确. 其实这个论题很难写成折衷的形势, 因为论题中的"whatever"已经很死了, 当然折衷的方式是不同意前面一句,对后面一句妥协.   本来以为本文是反对, 后来看成折衷, 最后其实还是反对, 但是反对的同时是另外取一个论点,没有很好的围绕主题开展反驳.  用的例子都不是很恰当.   主题里面的人是Students, 通篇论述几乎没有提及, 主题里强调学习的方法,  没有结合进去论述.

还有一个关于词汇的用法问题:

skepticism  思想态度的怀疑,怀疑论

suspect  也是怀疑,但是通常指对于犯罪嫌疑人的怀疑.

作者从头到尾都是用suspect,是否有点不妥?

两位都提到了跑题问题，我不得不承认写的时候根本没注意到这个该死的student, 但是回头想一想，Darwin和Da Vinci就不是students了吗？如果不是，举例举谁的呢？是不是就要举假设性事例？中午就改了一篇这样的——

题库里关于students的题还是不少的，大家都怎么想？
