前天看了6分的范文很郁闷，因为文章的论述思路实在有点不能接受， 感谢foreverloves，乒乓球爱上九月，crystal_shen的恳切指导，还有其他几位的建议，我都一一记下了。

今天就着这篇范文的题目，我按照自己的思路重写了一篇，查着糍粑，参考着范文的语句，还写了5个小时！！！还没到500 words ！！！汗啊…… 真的是思竭辞穷了。比比范文，除了思路是自己的看着比较顺眼，其他就不能比了：（

1.开门见山：提出专才和通才对于社会来说都必不可少,须均衡发展。
2.专才引领了尖端的发展，推动社会不断进步。
3.只有专才没有通才，就无法把握事物的整体，无法发现事物本质的关联和潜在的真理。
4.通才是沟通各领域专才的桥梁。
5.总结：专才通才缺一不可。


21th centrey, we have entered a era characterized by rapid social and technological change which is different with any time before. Increasing life complexity, enthusiastic curiosity about the world and accumulating demands(aspiration) for futher development call for a robust structure of society which must be consisted of both specialists and generalists and achieve a balance between each other at the same time.

Specialists are pioneers in each field who lead the society to go forward constantly. In early time, it may be fine for some genius to learn and understand all the knowledge that existed in their time, but now, it is absolutely impossible for any individual to become an expert in all field. Ages in which a man was able to be considered as a college has gone. We can’t deal with masses of information unless they are sparated into different parts and then digested and assimilated by specialists one after another. In other word, without specialists, our society would find itself bogged down in the mud of new information and knowledge with great capacity and high complexity.

However, if it is over specialized in our society, we may losing the global view. When I was still a kid, my mother told me as story about an elephant and four blindmen.The first one said that elephant is like a fan after he touched its ear while the second man claims that this big animal has figure as column, because he felt its leg. … Four people have four different answer and neither of them is right. “They take a part for the whole, so they all wrong.” mother said. This story tells us that it is hard to know the whole body if we only inspect a part. Many essential rules and truth can’t be found without the framework of a broader perspective proposed by generalists.

Generalists are bridges between specialists. Great inventions and amazing achievements must come from cooperation among specialists in most cases. A generalist always functions the same as a system engineer in a large project. After discovering,studying and even adjusting the inner relationship and interaction among the detatched fragments which may be meaningless when detached, he puts them together and shows us a perfect panoramic picture in the end. A large amount of isolated progresses mean an astonishing development only when we have generalists who are armed with comprehensive knowledges and broad perspectives.

As a conclusion,specialists and generalists are of equally importance to our society. The former are basic impetus promoting further steps approaching the highest point while the later one are like a guide who provides a wholistic backgound and valuable instructions all along the way,therefore,neither of them can be ignored.

昨天写完很激动（第一次嘛……）马上就贴了，后来看了发贴的注意事项，发现自己太草率了，今天自己仔细检查了一遍，果然发现了不少时态、单复数，搭配等使用的低级错误，还好乒乓球还没改，不然就对不起他了，呵呵。现把修正后的作文重贴一下，有些地方的用法我还是没什么把握，只好烦劳乒乓球了：）

提交作文之前应该放到word里面做修改,然后自己好好检查一遍.

糟糕，乒乓球你已经看了阿，对不起了！
你说的问题我自己也有感觉，好些写的都是比较抽象，比较空的大话，论述没有深入到关键。
另外自己觉得有些词用得比较奇怪，句式好像写来写去也就这几句？你说我除了范文，再去看什么资料比较好呢？
