Issue 1:
We can usually learn much more from people whose views we share than from people whose views contradict our own; disagreement can cause stress and inhibit learning.

My essay:

In China, there is an adage says that a people who always disagree with you may help you more than the people who always agree with you. Similarly, during our study and work, we always hear many views, of which some are contradict with our own, and some are compatible with our own. Then, which kind of views helps us more? In my opinion, I prefer the latter more, that is, we can learn more from the views contradict with us.
As the nature of our human beings, people always like to hear some good ideas and views, which would make them feel satisfactory and happy. In this sense, most people are lean to say something good to flatter others. So, some views can not reflect what people think. For example, a worker may say many complementary words to his boss, but he may curse his boss when the boss is far away. Since some complementary views are not the fact, this kind of views can not benefit us. Sometimes we have to rethink these views whether they are sinere and valuable.
On the contrary, the disagreement often makes us unhappy and even distressed. Accordingly, this kind of views is more likely to be what the speaker thinks in heart, because the speaker doesn't have to say something beyond his mind to make us unhappy. In this sense, disagreement is more likely valuable and useful because it's what you have not considered and it's may be ignored in your mind. Firstly, disagreement can make us aware of the flaws of our attitudes, and then it can help me to improve our ideas accordingly. Every people only have limited knowledge about the world. It's inevitable that there is something wrong with our attitudes. With the contradictory views, we can check the flaws in our views and develop more feasible views. In addition, everything in the world is of multi-perspectives, and we often can only see part of them. In this sense, the contradictory views can also help us in enlarging our visions and make our views more complete and right.
In conclusion, the disagreement can benefit us more than the complementary views. People would be better to listen more disagreement and improve us opinion about all the aspects of the world. If you keep learning from contradictory views, you can learn more and become more mature in thinking.

Issue 1:
We can usually learn much more from people whose views we share than from people whose views contradict our own; disagreement can cause stress and inhibit learning.

My essay:

In China, there is an adage says that a people who always disagree with you may help you more than the people who always agree with you. Similarly, during our study and work, we always hear many views, of which some are contradict及物动词are?with our own, and some are compatible with our own. Then, which kind of views helps us more? In my opinion, I prefer the latter more, that is, we can learn more from the views contradict with with好象没必要us.

As the nature of our human beings, people always like to hear some good ideas好话?有点汉语的味道,应该是奉承的话blarney and views, which would make them feel satisfactory and happy. In this sense, most people are lean to say something good to flatter others. So, some views can not reflect what people think. For example, a worker may say many complementary complimentary words to his boss, but he may curse his boss when the boss is far away. Since some complementary 同样错误views are not the fact, this kind of views can not benefit us. Sometimes we have to rethink these views whether they are sinere sincere and valuable.你这段是说有些相同的观点都是奉承的话,TS再明确点

On the contrary, the disagreement often makes us unhappy and even distressed. 要扣主题,你是要论证的是disagreement的好处,TS 句来了个unhappy不好吧Accordingly, this kind of views is more likely to be what the speaker thinks in heart, because the speaker doesn't have to say something beyond his mind to make us unhappy. In this sense, disagreement is more likely valuable and useful because it's what you have not considered and it's may be ignored in your mind. Firstly, 下面没有与之对应的secondly 之类的词 disagreement can make us be aware of the flaws of our attitudes, and then it can help me to improve our ideas accordingly. 更正确?偶不理解,中国式英语

In conclusion, the disagreement can benefit us more than the complementary views. People would be better to listen more disagreement and improve us opinion about all the aspects of the world. If you keep learning from contradictory views, you can learn more and become more mature in thinking.
