Young people should be encouraged to pursue long-term, realistic goals rather than seek immediate fame and recognition.

Generally,I agree with the arthor's view.The youth is not mature enough.For this reason ,their goals would have been setted in a long and realistic  way.however,to attain the archivement,immediate fame and recognition should be acumulated.What is more,the purpoes of seeking immediate things must be right.

If a person wants to be successed,he has to set a goal.Persueing long-term,realistic goals.Let's talk about a pupil.He setted himself a goal-to the best university through the country.Henceforce,when the other pupils were playing ouside ,he was sitting in front of the desk ;when his classmates were watching the exciting cartoons,he was reading books;when his parents asked him to have a rest,he answered with a shacking.Finally,he attained his dream and it is came out that he was called Yangzhengning who got the nobel prize.The long goals is a power of forcing which can make one progess steadly without hubris.Then it is leading to buissness as a topic.Acceptedly,the benifit is what the business seeking for.But every company has it's plan as well,including long and short terms.Especially the long-term ones,even the goals are pursuing profit,are very important to the company and every employee is involved in it.without tha plan,the workers,especially the young people would not know what to do and where to go.The plan is a guide of the business benifits.Then let's come to the politics.This is the most dangerous field to the youths since the common defection character of young people is superfitiality.Bill Clinton can tell you what to do.He is a man who is clear about what he is doing and what does he want with politic affairs.This helped him to be the president of United State.

The process to the goal needs a lot of acumulation.the goal is important and how to make the goal come true comes to be question.Acumulationg is the answer.For the young people,seeking fame and recognition would seemed to be the right way.Ronger  Bacon,who was born in the British.In 1250,Bacon returned from paris to the British in his 36 and was invited to be the professor of the Oxford university.He stored the cumulative wisdom and knowledge.He understanded many kinds of forein languages.Then,an educator called Alxander wrote a book.Bacon criticized some views of it,which offenced the leader then.For this reason,he was arrested and put into jail.During ten years' mental crucifying,it is not allowed to read,to write,of course he can not make experiments,either.Faced the walls,he did not give up but to acumulate.He never stopped thinking for even one minutes.When he got out of prison,the Pope asked him to write a book about science.He had finished it within only 18 monthes.The book,including 3 parts,were composited by all the things Bacon had conceived in the jail which covered all over the fields of science.Ronger Bacon is a respectful man.What we should learn from him is not only the spirit but the proceed of acumulation as well.

Somebody seeks the fame and recognition just because they think it is necessary.What was worse,someone pursued it for wrong motivation.Great inventor Watt,who became a person have both fame and profit from a pauper.He had taken 76,000 pounds in just 11 years by patent tax.To protect his own patent,he felt not good in his late years.He had accused a lot of people in the court to limit others using of his invention.Watt even did not allowed his assistant using his invention.What a tragedy of scientist!

In conclution,It is partly right of the arthor's view,it must be explained that these three reasons sometimes
