The speaker concludes that the beginner is more possible to make great discoveries than those experts in the fields of inquiry. I fundamentally bolster the speaker's viewpoint. We yet can not ignore that experts also make great contribution to most of the discoveries.

To begin with, the beginner has more curiosity to the unknown fields than the expert. The curiosity spurs them to seek the truth. Curiosity is the human instinct. When a baby is born, he or she will view the world with curious sight. Such sight leads the baby to learn and discover the world we are familiar. At this time, the baby learns fast, maybe the fastest time in his or her whole life. To some extent, the baby is discovering the world of inquiry. Even the baby grow to a child, he or she is still fraught with questions to the world. It is often to see that a child ask his or her parents some strange questions that even adults won't know and have likewise little intention to find out the answer. Similarly, the beginner explore the field of inquiry, in some way, as same as the baby. They can perceive the world in a different way contrasted with the expert. And this is the way leading to the new discoveries. Thereby the beginner is more likely to find new things than the expert with their intense curiosities

Furthermore, the beginner is full of passion. The passion is the catalyst of any research in any fields of inquiry. We know that any research is a formidable task. Some successful researchers are also industrious workers. They can stay in the laboratory for a whole day, a whole month and a whole year. Owing to that they are filled with great passion. For example, Newton was a passionate scientist in the science research when he was a young scientist. He always forgot dinning when he was immersed in the experiment. One time, he almost forgot that his friend was waiting him in the lobby. One first-class researcher in our country's science and technology department had ever told me that all the preeminent personage are those who devotes himself in the work with great passion, especially in the field of unknown. Therefore the examples I mentioned can firmly sustain the viewpoint that beginner are trend to make important discoveries.

Moreover, the beginner is not constrained with convention and stale idea. On the contrary, the expert is more likely to follow the conventional way and method. Nevertheless, discover is to find new theory, new phenomena and new method. If people do not break the old habits and convention abided many years in the research, how could they make new breakthrough? Thus the advantage without confine of beginners is a significant particularity that those veterans won't have.

However, we will make mistake if we ignore the experts' contribution to the discoveries. The beginner couldn't do research without any help of the experts. The expert's experience is very helpful. They told the beginner how to build a correct thought in the research. They also told beginners some mistakes they had made. Later, the beginner will become a expert. This is a inevitable process. The expert again will teach other beginners. Therefore without experts, it is impossible for a beginner or anyone to make discovery.

In conclusion, the speaker's assertion that the beginner is more likely than the expert to make important discoveries in any field of inquiry is reasonable. Meanwhile, we can not ignore the important role that experts play in the discovery.
