我对题目的分析：
同意前因后果。先肯定原因，后肯定结论，把社会化定义为学习适合社会生存的过程。
1，        儿童的社会化的确决定着社会的命运，儿童在社会化的过程中学习到了社会的规则，既社会价值，这种价值让他们更容易在社会中生存，并且由这种价值导致的结果促进了社会的进步 。
2，        承认，在社会化方面，学校的做法是可行的
3，        但是想比较而言，家长似乎并没有找到一个可行的方法。使孩子更好的适应社会

The debate over the socialization of the children has always been a hot topic to the society. In my point of view, the socialization, a process by which children learn certain behavior and mental patterns in order to fit the living in a given circumstance, determines the future of the society, But, unfortunately, people, as least the parent, have not learn how to accomplish this task effectively,  

Firstly, how to socialize the children concerns the future of the society. Children, the successors to the task of developing the human society, have been socialized in childhood. The circumstance such as the school, family, community, neighborhood all can serve as factors to socialize them. In this process, children do not only learn the basic mundane skills such as how to eat, how to speak, but also learn the norm of the society which may make him/her adapted to the society successfully and enable them to function in the society, For example, children living in American will be instilled with the sense of individual equal opportunity, competition, motivation to achievement and so on, for these value standards will ensure their living and thriving in this society. Moreover, these values are not just unnecessary concepts to facilitate living, but also useful norms to guarantee the flourish of the society. Taking American society for example, the sense of equal opportunity, which means every one own equal opportunity to gain chances to success, motivate people to work hard in order to gain chances for themselves, In most cases, hard works and the great efficiency may mean more productivity and can promote the progress of the society. Therefore, in course of people adapting themselves to the society, they promote the development of the society.  

Having realized the meaning function of the socialization, people try their best to seek a way to accomplish the crucial task when they are raising children. As a matter of fact, the socialization, just as mentioned above, comes from different aspects, but two of them are more crucial than the others-the school and the family. It is should be concede that the school now can play this role effectively. Besides stilling professional knowledge to students, the school also places importance over the socialization of the children. For example, in American school, student government is assigned, where students should compete for votes of their fellow students in order to gain a position. Although, these officers have little power over the central decision of the school, the process of running for office and then take responsibility for a number of student activities if elected is seen as good experience in developing their competitive skill and interactive ability as well.

However in comparison with the school, the family, which should be more crucial to the socialization the child since parents have more opportunities and more time to communicate with their children in most cases. But it seems that the parents have not found a better way to make their children learn how to adapt to the society. For one thing, a number of families the revelation between family numbers is not very well. In this case, the child often fail to develop the value the parents would like to instill in him, developing instead antisocial habit leading to deviant behavior in his life. For another, in some families, parents are too busy to work so they have no enough time to communicate with their children but just offer material things to compensate for the lack of attention, which obviously influence of cultivation of the health value. Finally, some families hold child-centered viewpoint. Just as Dr. Benjamin. Spock , the famous child-rearing experts, said" the parents are paying too much attention about what their children need from them and from the society, instead of telling them how to adapt themselves to  the society, the neighborhood , the family then making sure that he will grow up to meet the need of the world“. In short, all of these situations are telling parents that they should pursue an effective method to make their children suitable to the future live, but not just offer material condition to them.

In sum, the socialization is indeed a topic which concerns the destiny of the society. In order to guarantee the better society people’s purpose is to construct a ideal circumstance composed of the school and the family and community as well ensuring that the child could learn what is need of the society and how to suit to the society.
