Fortunately, we have already found proper way to bear children in the pursuit of a better society.

Children today are the adults tomorrow, who are the main force in constructing our society. An adult with a good feel of responsibility to the society and mastering useful skills would probably make our society a comfortable home in which we can live together, whereas an adult being hostile to the society would do a lot of harm to the society. Thus how children are socialized is critical since they determines the destiny of society, whether a heaven, or a hell. Fortunately enough, almost everyone of us has realized this matter, and the question remained is whether we have learned how to raise children.

As to the definition of socialization, it can be termed as a process by which people, especially children, learn acceptable and unacceptable behaviors for a given environment. In general, it can be divided into two successive phases: the primary socialization and the secondary one. The primary phase refers to the training of children during their earliest years, whereas secondary socialization refers to later influences on the development of the child's personality and learning activities. While the main force in the primary phase is the family, that of the secondary is the school and even the children themselves. Thus there lies in the function of each, and it is happy to see we have learned well as how to raise the children in each phase.

Families have long noticed that family education is very important since it's the first time when a child get to learn what is happening in the surrounding world. Therefore parents, serving as the major force in primary socialization, have tried their best to find what should be the right process to raise their children. And they did find, explaining matters to children while making themselves as the examples. Everyday, an amount of things happened around children, and the parents will tell them which of those are good and acceptable, while the others are bad and unacceptable. For example, a theft saw by a son during the time he and his mother were on a bus. Later the boy may try to imitate this behavior due to his understanding that things would become his by doing so, but his mother will of course stop him and tell him that this is an illegal action and one should gain his property by his own hard working, for instance, herself. Besides the effort of the parents, the community is trying to help too. Many books in which tens of thousands advices have been listed concerning how to teach those young children. Thanks to the parents' methods and efforts, plus the additional help of the community, most of our children have develop a good sense of right and wrong before their secondary socialization.

When the children enter school, their second phase of socialization walks into the stage. While children learn things alone at most of the time during their first phase, this second phase offers them the chance to learn among many of his peers and interaction between them.  Schools and teachers are encouraging the students to learn something important such as the sense of cooperation and the ability to effectively communicate with each other. For example, teachers are always promoting the children to discuss problems in the form of team in the classroom, thus help them in learning the spirit of teamwork and further the cooperation with others. In addition, many schools organize debate competition within groups of children, a way to better cultivate their abilities to defend their own attitude while learn anything useful in others' words, thus help the children in gaining the knowledge about how to interact with others. Due to these and other means provided by the school during the secondary phase of socialization, most of the children have become competent candidates to construct our society.

In sum, the best thing relating to the future of our society will of course the realization of that how children are socialized today determines the fate of society and what's more important, that we have already found many effective ways as to how to raise children. We should keep acting in this way and perhaps developing more new methods to effectively raise children due to changes that may take place in our society in the future. What we put under the earth now, these seeds will eventually grow up to forests.

1、要一点点论证。这一段如果你希望要论证儿童的社会化对社会的意义的话，就集中火力论证这一点。所以这段最后一句最好删掉。呵呵，这里大概是没有看完的缘故吧。前面其实就想简要的说下孩子对一个社会的未来很重要，所以最后那句其实是想给后面起个头。

2、总感觉论证不够有说服力。哭，这个我病入膏肓，死了……

3、分两个阶段来论述。这样子意思是比较清晰，但是总觉得有点片面和绝对性。毕竟孩子从上幼儿园开始就受家庭和学校两方面的影响。其实对于socialization也没有特别深刻的理解，这两个阶段的划分也是从鬼鬼的资料里翻出来的，有点硬塞的感觉。
