In business, the corporations need to negotiate with the material supplyer about the quantity, quanlity, and price of raw material, and must let the consumers to know their products. For individual, One is the husband/wife of his/her mate, the parent of his/her children, and employee of his/her boss. It is important for one to recognize his/her role in the society, and perform his/her deed in a decent way. Children are considered the dominators of the future society, how are they socialized would affect significantly their behavior in the future, and ultimately affect the form of future society. In this point of view, how children are socialized today determines the destiny of society.

Fortunately, we are already aware of the importance of children's socialization. In school, in which most of children's time is spent, teachers consciously conduct children to play together, and work in group, in order to cultivate their sense of cooperation with others. Through playing together, like playing basketball, children learn to friendly to each other, fix their own position, and cooperate in the game. By working together, children learn to express their meaning, listen to other's opinion, and tolerant to different ideas. The schools also rise summer camp and other group activity, which can develop children's ability of communicating with others. In home, parants teach children through their own doing as exampler, let children distinguish right from wrong, good manner from bad manner. And through communicate with family members, children can to respect the elders and think for others. When the children grow to adults, they can surly make a better and more harmony society in which people can cooperate with each other perfectly, show their tolerence to different opinion, and communicate in a good manner.

To sum up, because human is an interdependence species, socialization of children plays a crucial role in forming future society. Fortunately, we are performing well in socializing our offsprings, which would lead to a better and harmony society.
