Not only will teachers walk in an ineffective and time-wasting way if education is designed to meet each student's needs and interests,but students can also be misled so as to lose the opportunity to learn the fundamental and important knowledge which is at least required by the society.For instance,it is not rare in schools that a few students only interest in music,or drawing,or some other like courses but unwilling to learn the rest others,such as basic writing skills,arithmetic,etc.If education for them must obey their interests,they are likely to lose the ability of writing out simple sentences or even the twenty-six English letters and may be confused by the easiest arithmetic problems when they grow up.Fortunately,these senarios described above do not become fact because our education system have determined that which knowledge are that all students must learn,rather than only teaching each student what he or she is interested in.According to these,education excessively focusing on an individual student may cause students to ignore the necessary skills and knowledge which are very important for them to understand the world and live lives in the society.

Admittedly,specifically designed education is required when part students cannot get used to education which most students receieve.In many schools,there might be some students who are unable to catch up with their classmates on studying.No matter what result in this--lackness of interest,poor study habits,and the like,all of them are supposed to be offered alternative methods of teaching at least for a while.Teachers need to explain more concretely when they ask questions or make mistakes,help them create special study plans,stimulate their interests in studying,etc,in order for them not to fall behind their classmates.Of course education methods provided for each of them may be different.Without these assistances,or without education specifically designed for them,not only will these students have difficulties in understanding what is taught in schools,but they may also gradually lose their confidence to study.It is obvious that to some extent educators must consider the needs of part students to whom current education may not apply.
