------题目------
The true value of a civilization is reflected in its artistic creations rather than in its scientific accomplishments.
------正文------
How does civilization shows its value? Most people in the world would give the same answer like what the speaker says that the true value of a civilization is reflected in its creations rather than scientific accomplishments. But with a further consideration, I support that, the civilization, special only belonging to the mankind, which means a relatively high level of cultural and technological development, exactly display its value in both artistic and scientific fields.

Undoubtedly, during the human’s history, art plays a vital role to bring out the value of a civilization. Take China for example, which is one of the biggest countries in the world with 5000 long grand histories. The values of the Chinese civilization are fully reflected in its artistic. Just like the country’s name 'China' means a rarity called china also. The porcelain of this type shows highly intelligence of the Chinese people and their creating talent. And we can learn the Qing dynasty rise and decline through the Qingshihuang's Terracotta Sculpture Legion in Yixian; from the poems of the Tang Dynasty and the Song Dynasty, we get a clear sight about the poets’ wonderful thinking and compare them to the modern ones; the great wall shows the power of the people; and the Suzhou gardens tell us the ancients' genius... From those we may clearly see that the arts really show the civilization's excellent.

But besides the arts, the scientific accomplishments would also give a brilliant explanation to the civilization. As in the westerns, the industry revolution indeed shows the essence about the west civilization by inventing the steamer, bulb, and so on. Such inventions not only make the people know the ability of some originalities but also show the value of the civilization. And not like the arts, the science often proved a progressive value of the civilization, different from the internal values.

Last but not least, however, our world seems to call for a balance between the tows. If we only care about the artistic creations, the value of the civilization is only stay on the mental level that most of them may inherits from the olds and little innovation will carry out to make the civilization go farther. On the opposite, too much attention on the scientific accomplishment would only get more physic fortune but a little valuable use for the human’s internal world. For this reason, compose the tow judgments together scientifically and artistically; we seem to get more valuable things from the civilizations.

Consequently, due to analysis and reasons mentioned above, which sometimes intertwine to form an organic whole and thus become more persuasive than any one of them, we may safe arrive at the conclusion that the true value of a civilization is reflected on both arts and science.

写的很标准啊,就是语法错误有一些,不过你是限时了的,难免
很工整,例子也举的很恰当,尤其是工业革命那个,比较典型。
就是觉得好像字数少了点
另外你最后一段是套了模板吧
