I fundamentally agree with the speaker insofar as an educational system should care about the distinctive interests and needs of students, for the reason that it help develop students’ potential and talents. However, the speaker should not extend the claim for effective education to satisfy interests and needs for every student. Firstly, the interests of students cannot be consistent and it is impossible to set up this kind of educational system. Secondly, what deserves more attention is that over-emphasis on individual interests and needs impede to accomplish the overall functions of education.
(尊重学生兴趣和需要有助于发挥学生的潜力,激励学生主动地学习)
On the one hand, it is necessary for effective education to take care of characteristics and needs of students, because it benefits to better develop students' potential and talents. In such educational system, students, feeling appreciated and valued, are motivated to study, thus enhance the effect and efficiency of learning. Otherwise, students are asked to learn passively under the pressure of parents and teachers, which lead to disappointing results of study. For the supporting example, we should look no further than the examination-oriented educational system in China. In such education, grades are regarded as the only one criterion of judging students. On the other hand, overdue emphasis on meeting the interests and needs of every student bring negative impact not only on the development of educational system, but also on the accomplishment of education overall goals : sufficient mastery of academic skills and knowledge, effective methods of communication with others and cultivation of integrated personalities.

(过分要求尊重每个学生的兴趣和需要将会导致教育制度的混乱,同时也不现实。)
It is believed that education serves as an enterprise without immediate sufficient economic interests. Faced with finite energy and resource, it is impossible for education to satisfy needs and interests of every student. Every attempt to satisfy every interest and need results in interrupt and disorder of standard educational system. Besides, with the growth of students, their interests and needs cannot be consistent; it is infeasible for education to alter correspondingly. In a word, any effective education cannot be formed to meet interests and needs for every student.

Besides, trying to satisfying interests and needs for every student will impede the realization of educational overall goals, involving sufficient mastery of academic skills and knowledge, effective methods of communication with others and cultivation of integrated personalities. Firstly, most interests and needs of students spring from subjective factors, and merely satisfying them will let student limit in a narrow scope, and thus hamper the cultivation of fundamental skills and knowledge, which constituted the foundation of further education for students. Secondly, if   satisfied with every need, students will feel being centered, and lose the spirit of teamwork. Meanwhile, modern society calls for wide-ranged cooperation and communication with people in different fields. In this case, these students cannot adapt to needs for further society. Finally , as for integrated personality, which is referred to the courage of encountering and overcoming numerous difficulties here, students will be deprived of the opportunity to study the spirit of struggle, if every needs are already satisfied by outside.

In conclusion, I fundamentally embrace the idea of taking care of student's appropriate interests and needs. However, satisfying needs and interests of every student would be both infeasible and harmful for the development of educational system and accomplishment of ultimate goals of education.

写的不错, 思路很清晰。

body 1的例子说得太绝对了吧,让别人怎么看我们的教育阿。如果有个正面的例子证明学生被value的重要性,就更好了。这个点是比较可写的。


有些地方比较啰嗦,有不必要的重复。比如body2,只要简单概括一下就好了,sufficient mastery of academic skills and knowledge, effective methods of communication with others and cultivation of integrated personalities. 留到后面再提。


body4 的tc不合适。你这段在讲对教育的影响,开头缺少一个总括性的句子。

body5写得相对最好,算是比较有新意,有自己的见解,论证也比较充分

In conclusion, I fundamentally embrace the idea of taking care of student's appropriate interests and needs. However, satisfying needs and interests of every student would be both infeasible and harmful for the development of educational system and accomplishment of ultimate goals of education.

关于文章开头要不要把大体框价亮明,我认为这是外国人和中国人的思维差异问题.
对于很多国外专业文献来说往往在开头就亮明最主要的观点,这和中国人说的要层层推进,高潮叠起是不同的.这点在gre阅读中也有体现.
另外gre考试,如果考官能够在最短时间内把握作者的观点和写作框架 我想是十分有利的.
这点也在我改其他同学的作文过程中深有体会.

I fundamentally agree with the speaker insofar as an educational system should care about the distinctive interests and needs of students, for the reason that it help develop students’ potential and talents. potentials and talents?However, the speaker should not extend the claim for effective education to satisfy interests and needs for every student. Firstly, the interests of students cannot cannot是不是太绝对了一点be consistent and and 去掉so that it is impossible to set up this kind of educational system. Secondly, what deserves more attention is that over-emphasis on individual interests and needs impede to accomplish the overall functions of education.
(尊重学生兴趣和需要有助于发挥学生的潜力,激励学生主动地学习)
On the one hand, taking into account characteristic and needs of students, necessary for effective education, benefits to develop students' potential and talents. In such educational system, students, being appreciated and valued, are motivated to study, thus enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of learning. Otherwise, students are asked to learn passively under the pressure of parents and teachers, which lead to disappointing results of study. For supporting example, we should look no further than the educational reform from exam-orientated education system to quality-orientated one in China. In former education system, grades are regarded as the only one criterion of judging students; students make every effort in order to acquire high grades, without much energy and time to consider students’ own interests and needs. While in quality-orientated education, caring about the cultivation of students’ own interests, student-centered method of education could be more effective than teacher-centered one to fully develop their potential and talent.这个例子感觉说服力不太强,是不是?

On the other hand, overdue emphasis on meeting the interests and needs of every student bring about disorder to the development of education, and whether it is feasible or not is open to doubt. It is believed that education serves as an enterprise without immediate sufficient economic interests. Faced with finite energy and resource, it is impossible for education to satisfy needs and interests of every student. Any attempt to satisfy every interest and need results in interrupt and disorder of standard educational system. Besides, with the growth of students,as the students growing会不会比with结构好一点? their interests and needs cannot be consistent; it is infeasible for education to alter correspondingly. Until recently, 有点蒙,until recently是最近有了还是没有呢 any effective education has not been formed to meet interests and needs for every student in the world.

Besides, trying to satisfy interests and needs for every student will impede the realization of educational overall goals, involving sufficient mastery of academic skills and knowledge, effective methods of communication with others and cultivation of integrated personalities. Firstly, most interests and needs of students spring from subjective factors, and merely satisfying them will let student limit in a narrow scope, and thus hamper the cultivation of fundamental skills and knowledge, which constituted the foundation of further education for students. Secondly, if satisfied with every need改成with结构会不会好些with every needs satisfied, students will feel being centered, and lose the spirit of teamwork. Meanwhile, modern society calls for wide-ranged cooperation and communication with people in different fields. In this case, these students cannot adapt to needs for further society 不是修改阿,就是想问问是meanwhile+in this case好些呢,还是直接说lose the spirit of teamwork and cannot adapt to needs for further society, which calls for...好些?. Finally , as for integrated personality, which is referred to the courage of encountering and overcoming numerous difficulties here, students will be deprived of the opportunity to study the spirit of struggle, if every needs are already satisfied by outside.

除了逻辑严密结构清晰, 感觉好多词用的很专业,look no further than, make every effort in order to, whether it is feasible or not is open to doubt.involving sufficient mastery of,spring from,hamper the cultivation,be deprived of the opportunity to. Great expression:-)

这个例子感觉说服力不太强,是不是?---------呵呵,实在不想举那些万能名人的例子.意见不错,再努力....

有点蒙,until recently是最近有了还是没有呢--------我想应该没有吧,呵呵被戳穿了,

感觉好多词用的很专业-------不好意思,很多都是我造的,谈不上专业,用时小心呀!
