: O4 [& `8 ?& \5 S2 M8 N  ^4 [- CIf you are "applicating" for college freshman admission, now you should visit admission offices' websites and find application deadlines. You should take Test Of English as a Foreign Language, and you should start working on your application essays. Schools such as Harvard University in (I forgot which state, maybe Texas) also accept transfer students for spring entrance. You should contact admission offices directly for details.
