提纲:
观点:同意作者关于符合学生兴趣的教育能更加的有效,不同意作者的唯一说法
1.        兴趣是有效的促进学生提高学习效率的途径
2.        兴趣不是唯一的方法
a.从掌握知识的角度来讲,有些基础知识即使人们不喜欢也必须让他们掌握,因为他们是人们构建自己知识的基础。
b从人们自身来说他们的天性来说,他们的兴趣往往随着社会的变化而转移,且有的人的个人兴趣对于这个社会是有害的,对于这方面不能提倡
I partly agree with the author's claim that one of ways can make the education truly effective is to meet the individual needs and interests of each student. Admittedly, the individual interests play a very important function with the effective education, however, it is not the only approach for us to reach the aim, what is more, and sometimes this view may be harmful to the development of the society.

Consider first about how effective the individual interests make with education. There are a great many of famous people in the history who receive the success following their intense interests, Not only about the great inventors in the 20th century just like Edison but also the influential presidents who can master the international conjunction like the pre-president, Clinton, all of them emerge an intense desire for aspects they are interested in when they were young. It is said that the interests is the best teacher for the students themselves. It can excavate one’s talent and potential which may make a significant role on the future of the students. It can also stimulate the gumption of them when they confront with the hard difficulties in their study and research. Take the couple of little Curie for example, the regular words they cited when they fell across the difficulty are “let us try it again”, if it is not the blazing interest sustains with them, it can be doubted the huge accomplishment they got in the physic research. So, as all referred above, the individual needs and the interests of each student can make the education more effective and efficient.
On the other hand, the great function of the interests making the education more effective cannot be the representative of that it is the only way as referred in the text. Some courses are the most element ones, without which,people cannot make further development in the future, just like the math and writing, even the excellent people has to build their admiring theory with basic knowledge, for example, Einstein, the most splendid scientist of the 20th century, also need to compensate for his math in order to make his research further in the physics. Thus, it will not a wise choice for us to ignore the basal courses, and just follow the students’ interests.
Furthermore, the addressing as the author claims in the text can also sometimes do something harmful to the society, especially to the young. When people are young, they do not have complete ability for distinguishing what is correct or not, sometimes it can be accounted for so rapid changing of the world which makes the theory of the young’s distorted. For that matter, if we still follow the author's suggestion, it may bring the society problems that cannot be solved in a short time, just like the crazy patriotic mind with some countries which have a big inhibition for the fusion of the whole world, and also some environmental matters for people pay more concerning on the profits and individual needs at present.
In sum, the effective education can be depended on the individual interest, however, it cannot mean that it is the only way for its circumscribe mentioned above. Thus, we also need to find other methods that can not only stimulate people to learn the new knowledge but also make sure that they will not ignore the element skills and go out of the ethics

总体感觉论述思路比较清晰,例子也比较丰富,但语言上的问题很多,后面的有些我就没改了,我也写了51,请多指教
