对于题目中有比较抽象概念很难界定的怎么写

如issue128中如果不能很好地理解restrain one's minds and spirits 和set them free是什么意思的话，根本没办法写呀，这类题好像不少，对概念理解不清的，恳请大家意见怎么写好？

我说一下我的理解:
restraining one's minds and spirite is to impart a serious of doctrine to students and ask them to follow these established principles.
setting them free is to cultivate creative thinking ability of students and allow them to choose their beliefs or values
我认为creative thought   is more benefical to students and society, however certain principles and vaulse is needed.
不知道这样想对不对?

通常的做法是把抽象的概念细化，例如将教育细化到什么教育，如大学还是中学还是小学，不同的时期情况不一样，因为年纪太小还没有很好的判断力时如果不依靠正规的教育会容易学坏，危害社会等～～
其他的概念如正规的教育，解放思维等都也是可以细化的，这样思路就来得开阔，例子也就丰富起来，能自圆其说就行：）

可将独自消磨时光分为几类：读书/坐大牢/….（欢迎补充啊）
即可得出结论：有些让人更封闭，有时让人学会…
