Job Description:

• Preparing monthly management reports and other schedules
• Handle daily accounting operations, including accounting entries, prepare voucher, AP and AR functions
• General clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.
• Provide general office administrative support on daily operations
• Handle ad hoc assignments
  

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or above in Accounting or relevant disciplines
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Fresh graduates are welcome, relevant experience is preferred
• Self-motivated, well organized and good interpersonal skills
• Good command in written & spoken English, Mandarin, Cantonese
• Immediate available is preferred
