Despite relevant administrations endlessly deal with these annoying facts actively and effectively, the infusion of the to some extent biased ideas that the world has growing into a period of immorality worse than ever, induced the disbelief of the public, especially naive and ambitious juveniles, to their surroundings and the radical reactions of cynicism. Thus the effect of the expansive dissemination seems to be counterproductive to the coalition and confidence all over the world which functions as the major propellant of the development of society ever since the appearance of mankind. In this perspective, control or even censorship should be considered to be referred to so as to sustain the stability and future improvement of every nation.

Therefore, in the profound comprehension of both the merits and flaws of the effects of the revelation of scandals, measures, as is mentioned in the last paragraph has to be taken into enactment as soon as possible in prevention of the probable destructive results in the near future. The crux of the solution should mainly lie in the promotion of the superintend of deed of the authorities and the responsibility of the media.
