字数总是450左右，45分种内怎么拼命写都达不到500。只是希望大家告诉我有什么思维上的问题导致写不长！急死了

Issue 46: While some leaders in government, sports, industry, and other areas attribute their success to a well-developed sense of competition, a society can better prepare its young people for leadership by instilling in them a sense of cooperation.

As we are now in a society of fierce competition where arm race, economic battle, and job hunting and other forms of competition prevail over the whole world, it is so difficult to maintain the balance between competition and cooperation when the public attached too much importance to the former. In fact, it is vital to instill a consciousness of cooperation to prepare our young people for future leadership as well as a sense of competition.
First of all, things a single person can achieve is rather tiny compared that of a group just as an old saying goes: " Together Everyone Achieves More" which smartly explains the true meaning of a team. Success require the combining efforts of everyone involved rather than a single leader especially when the society is developing towards a direction of increasing depth and broadness as well. Leader of a team may be good at dealing with urgent incidents while other members of his group are perhaps much better than him in academic knowledge or technologies, therefore making it essential for leaders to learn how to cooperate efficiently and comfortably with his team members. Moreover, cooperation among leaders should also be taken into account. The situation in a chemistry department makes a cogent example. The leader of a researching team specializing in polymer synthesis constantly seek the support of other groups such as analysis, organic synthesis and so on while in turn others will sometimes reach for his help.
However, we should realize that only when competition and cooperation are combined together can they give full play to their roles. For instance, the election of President of America among the candidates from two parties demands the unselfish cooperation inside each party while it stands for the most severe competition that people from all walks of lives and every corner of the world keep an eye on.
Both the consciousness of competition and cooperation should be well instructed and balanced well with each other in order to maintain a peaceful and "healthy" situation. Taking the arm race that is happening all around the world for example, it is lack of sense of cooperation and the ill-directed politics that has led it into a vicious circle of endless chasing of more destructive and expensive weapons. Also, without a sense of competition, the most cooperative sales manager will possibly be defeated by others and lose his team and his job as well.
The tendency of the development of the world demands both cooperation and competition among countries and all categories of groups and thus requires the most effective efforts of their leaders. As result, both senses should be injected into the minds of our prospective leaders.

你可以反复强调一个主题呀，比如。
“Face to this phenomenon we should ...Noting the severe problem have brouht damage to society, we should ...Only from...could the problem be resolved.”哈哈一点烂着。如果想凑字数就那去吧。不过我还是建议吧一些范文做一下基本的逻辑分析，看到人家的开头想想自己会如何展开，用汉语最好是英语把思路简单写一下，然后跟人家的做一下对比，就知道自己的缺点在那里了。然后对范文的语言逐一进行逻辑分析，看到一种情况下一句应该说什么，多总结一下就好了。硬着头皮 搞几篇就好了。

不过我感觉字数还是没有必要太过看中，写的多了自然就上去了，我第一片就只有466，而且用了4个小时（狂晕）现在好多了，基本不用40分钟就好了，而且一般都是580以上。要用力呀。既然你没有什么时间了，我看还是多在分析上下下工夫，多看提纲，不过晚写时候考的可以借鉴一下。

我觉得自己的心理素质挺不行的。我写的时候总是边看字数，边看时间，反而写的更少。
