To gain profits is not the only concern for corporate executives. The achieved entrepreneurs should have far-sighted goals to profit the companies and employees in overall interests. Moreover, there is still other things as important as profit chasing like morale and enterprise culture to be taken into account for corporate leaders.

Admittedly, corporate executives should try their best to maximize the profits for their companies. In business world, rational entrepreneurs would always be purely directed by profit motives, mobile, and be not encumbered by responsibilities of social ethics and morality. Without defying the codes, businessmen would be able resort to their human networks, nepotism relationships to gain interests as many as possible. As a leader, it is a prerequisite for a executive to make sure the prosperity and profitability of his/her firm and the individual employee's interests. Devoid of that quality, these entrepreneurs would never lead the companies survive nor even could be called as leaders.

Nevertheless, the extent to which the means for accumulating capitals ought to be utilized by executives contains conflicts between the immediate interests and the far-sight ones. Entrepreneurs in big giants should have a proper and promising blueprint for their corporations' prospect. These goals always hitch their soaring ambitions to the most venerable icon in the respective fields. And the road towards these far-sighted aims must be circumspective about the optional choices in policy performing progresses to avoid myopic mistakes. Thus in turn executives ought to wisely steer clear of traps around the road to success. To illustrate it, a commercial brand should  abide with social laws and established moral standards to build up a image of creditability and honors instead of jerry-buildings and provoking other kinds of scandals.

Furthermore, even if the executives have brought a large amount of profits to the firms through their dedicate business crafts, they could not be regarded as a competent and qualified leader. In today's life, overheated competitions call for giant companies equipped with the quality of enough innovations, inspirations and morale; some transnational even value much about the enterprise culture identity which is vital, pivotal and fatal to survive and thrive in competitions. A glaring example is that the McDonald’s typical imperative training upon its own employees around the globe for imbuing their with the ideal of comfortable and convenient taken-away food and services. The symbol "M" and the hospitality of the so-called Uncle McDonald have been stamped deeply in kids' and their parents' minds with issues of the food. All together, the red-yellow uniforms, the "M", and even the smiles of the comely waitress have establish a kind of cultural identity for every a single McDonalder. That is to say that, as for the executives, the establishment of entrepreneurial culture and healthy teamwork would be also their responsibility and obligation to claim in addition to profit pursuits. Without this kind of morale for the corporation proper, profits could not be consistently acquired even through businessmen's hard works in nowadays commercial battles.

In conclusion, to survive in today's competitions, executives must not take profits gaining as the only obligation for the companies. The achieved entrepreneurs should have far-sighted goals to profit the companies and employees in overall interests. Moreover, there is still other things as important as profit chasing like morale and enterprise culture to be taken into account for corporate leaders.
