感觉科大好象系里面不会有正式的Email通知，只有教授通知一下，或是直接给你寄出。以下是面试教授（面试前没联系过）的四次回复。


面试后我礼貌地给他写信表示感谢时，他的回复如下。他面的时候问我有没有联系教授，我说联系了Prof. 1，但是no reply recently。他又问其他教授有没有联系，我说没有。由于在面的时候我直接问他我的机会如何时，他说我的能力他很肯定，但是我最好不要focus一个教授，不然这个教授如果不能收你，你就很被动。吓得我回去赶紧再联系Prof. 1，用学校的信箱发了一封没的回，郁闷！！后来一想是不是人家的信箱把我的邮件直接滤掉了，我就用yahoo的信箱发了一封一模一样的，结果两个小时就会了，说非常高兴听到我很有希望录取，如果我能录取很愿意能到我的老板（据说这个老板基本不会给申请人什么承诺的，跟他的大多是录取后找他的）。最后老师又要我不要着急，呵呵！！耍我~~~

It was nice meeting you in Shanghai. Both Professor XX and I are impressed by your performance. I think you have a good chance to get our offer. Please do not worry too much about the issue of supervisor at this moment. It is not going to affect your chance in admission. You can work on this in the next few months.

随后我问他我的机会有多大时，他的回复。直接就说给offer，但是现在要我不用太匆忙做决定选谁做老板。我知道清华有个mm较早拿到了正式文件，她是定了老板的，所以可能offer with supervisor attached比较早发出。可见，科大的offer不是一批一批的发。

You will be offered a position and a studentship with no supervisor attached. I am glad to know that Prof. XX is willing to serve as your supervisor. However, it is probably to your advantage not to make a commitment at this moment. You may wish to leave some flexibility to yourself. You can finalize your supervisor after you come to UST.

我在追问这是不是就是offer，人家给了肯定的回答
Both I and Professor XX are impressed by your record and interview performance. I am confident
enough to say that your application is successful. It will take more time to issue the official document. Please do not worry.

我还以为系里面会正式给个email，结果他今天直接说：
Your offer letter will be sent out today.

写的太罗嗦了，哈哈！Coffee & Rachel mm 报告完毕!

等正式的文件来了就马上锯掉HKU的口头offer，和CityU的RA offer+ 六月份转PhD的口头offer。给其他人留点机会：）

最后问一句收到科大offer的：你们寄来的文件是挂号信吗？？？？

呵呵，楼上的是申的PHD么？
科大我没联系教授，所以也就随便它了，呵呵，顺其自然，不过还没什么结果就是了：）

我收到的是BY AIR的,没有注明是不是REGISTERED MAIL. 还在和他们联系看是不是有告知如何注册的PACKAGE发过来. 有点烦琐. 呵呵. 有消息互相吱一声.:)
