求助， 换考场的问题：）

我参加了3。17机考，北京鼎新，但是还没有收到正式准考证。ETS回复我一张正式表，让我打出它去考场。那么，我笔考那天，出了这张纸，还要什么证件呢？
  另外， 我想换考场，ETS说If you wish to change your test center for the Paper-Based Verbal and Quantitative sections of the GRE Split General Test, but keep the same test date, contact the GRE Program by May 7, 2005. Call 1-609-771-7670, fax at 1-609-771-7906, or write ETS-GRE, PO Box 6000, Princeton, NJ 08541-6000, with your name, date of birth, registration number, preferred test center, test date and $40 transfer fee.，可是钱寄给哪呢？寄美元还是人民币呢？

我换过一次机考作文的考场,是将钱寄给报名时寄报名费的地址,我想改笔试的地点的话也应该是这样吧.
