In the argument, the author advises the citizens of Claria to  follow recommendation of a recent study in Claria, which in order to find the relation between the household electric costs in Claria and the tool they used to cool their houses, and use both air conditioners and fans in order to save money on electricity. However, there are several obvious flaws in the argument must be presented as follows.

In the first place, as the recent study in Claria is a study of household electric costs and most families must have other electric facility besides fans and air conditioners, the household electric costs must be the total electric costs of all electric facility. In other word, there is no direct relationship between the household electric costs and the cooling facility.  In this sense, assuring the real relationship between the household electric costs and the cooling fainices ruled out other electic facility must be not reliable.

In the second place, even if we accept the result of the study that those households using both fans and air conditioner spent less on electricity than those households that used either fans or air conditioner alone, we may not draw a conclusion that the citizens of Claria should use both air conditioners and fans in order to save money on electricity. Because athough they can save money on electricity by using both air conditioner and fans, buying both of the two fainices must be more expensive than buying either of them. So  perhaps the money saved by using both of them cannot cover the excess expense of purchasing both of them. In addition, seeing from the bigger picture the nation make the excess electric facility must alse waste electricit. So advising the citizens of Claria to use both air conditioners and fans may not save electricity for the nation.

Finally, the author fails to conside the wide geographic differences in Claria that covers, as the argument mentions, a vast physical area. Maybe some area in the nation is cool enough to use little fans and air conditioners all year long and the households in this area have both of them for some reason, so they likely spent less on electircity than those households that used either fans or air conditioners alone.

To conclude, this argument is not convincing as the reasoning fallacies I have listed above. If the arguer could provide sufficient information and testimonies that could well remedy all these mistakes, the argument would be sound.

Because athough they can save money on electricity by using both air conditioner and fans, buying both of the two fainices must be more expensive than buying either of them. So perhaps the money saved by using both of them cannot cover the excess expense of purchasing both of them. To conclude, this argument is not convincing asfor/because of the reasoning fallacies I have listed above. If the arguer could provide sufficient information and testimonies that could well remedy all these mistakes, the argument would be sound.结尾不错，呵呵

总体来说，驳斥点找到了，开头结尾也还可以；
需要注意的是：不要一味追求长句（导致意思不明确就不好了），还有就是每段一定要点出主题句，段内结构也要注意组织（一定要说到很具体的例子来反证作者的错误）。
