Actually, my university is a big medical center, so it is easy to set up an appointment with medical doctors who provide medical, surgical, or psychiatric care and treatment for the sick or the injured.

The expert certification is I am pretty good, fairly good and even better than a guy who just obtains a million dollar lottery. Maybe my problem is so small that present methods of psychiatric diagnosis cannot find it.

The Doctor suggests me to go outside or take a big vocation for relieving the pressure put on the shoulders. Anther way is "talk". Talk with strangers without holding. She arranged a black woman (her name is Sharrina as a volunteer) to talk with me each two days for 1 hour.

I cannot bear to keep my eyes always opening. Hope this will be helpful.

失眠不要想睡着，就想不睡也无所谓，就睡着了。
实在不行中午补个午觉也行。那会儿考GRE那会儿我也没吃安眠药，就是这么扛过来的。
