One: Seeking an idea way of your life;
Tow: Interviewing some respected men and women;
Three: Beginning to do a thing in which you will succeed in ten years;
Four: Eatting a breakfast with dust in it on the building site ;
Five: Having a journey with your parents;
Six: Writing a new song;
Seven: Reading ten thousand books in one year;
Eight: Completing a page of manuscript everyday;
Nine: Leaving behind your tracks in as many places as possible;
Ten: Examining yourself everyday;
Eleven: Making friends with unfortunate people;
Twelve: Undergoing a exhausted（精疲力尽）feeling;
Thirteen: Daring to face the people who can bring tension to yourself;
Fourteen: Sparing yourself sometime which belongs to yourself to have a talk with the soul yourself.
