第一、When you are seeking for a job,what factors do you consider?You should write a minimum of 250 words.

How can we choose a saisfactory job? In my experience,I think you will make the dicision according to the following factors.

Firstly,salary is the most important factor.Most people marry and have children,some people even need to provide financial surpport for their parents.So they need a steady reliable income because of their family responsiblity. To live more comfortably is a part of human nature.Every one wants to live in a big house, often travels abroad and has his or her car.All these things need enough money which you should consider ar first when you choose your job.

Secondly,I must like the job.Most people are ambitious and want to advance their careers,and usually the best way to do this is that they like their jobs. Only if they are interested in what they do,can they put all of their energy into it,and therefor,they are likely to gain great achievements in their field of work.

Finally,the job should be promissing a stable career.In today`s econo,y technology is developing quickly.Some old jobs and skills are becoming out-dated and many highly trained people doing these jobs are dismissed and therefore are forced to seek other careers.

To sum up,when I consider if it is well-paid,if I like it and if it has a good fiture prospect.
